I’m not going to apologize:

Because your copay increased

Because you forgot to give your NEW insurance card (yes they REALLY need to see it!!)

Because you don’t have insurance through your job anymore

Because the doctor forgot to call in the Prescription and now they are golfing for the afternoon

Because I don’t have giant size shopping bags (even though I nicely bagged all your items individually)

Because your Flex Spending card won’t cover Neosporin.

I’m your local friendly Pharmacy tech, and I do appreciate being treated with respect!!

I will let you, the reader know that a few of those people actually came back and apologized to me for their behavior. =^)
